Blackwell Energy are one of the first companies in Ireland to offer their clients retrofit underfloor heating systems. We offer underfloor heating systems to both residential homeowners and businesses. Adding an underfloor heating system not only provides long-term comfort and benefits but also increases the overall value of the property. Traditionally underfloor heating systems needed to be added at the start of a building project, our retrofitting UFH system allows clients to add this type of system to an existing project with minimal disruption to the property and without the cost of re pouring floors.
Our milling machine, equipped with a robust 4 kW motor and is an incredibly versatile and powerful tool that is perfectly suited for both wet and dry milling processes. Suitable for concrete, stone, or any other flooring for that matter, our machine provides the perfect solution for retrofitting underfloor heating to your existing home. The system works by milling channels out of your existing floor allowing room for a multilayer pipe to be laid. The channels are then sealed allowing the flooring type of your choice to be laid on top. Heat from your existing system passes through the piping network.
