The Tesla Powerwall 3 is the latest generation of Tesla’s home battery system designed to store energy from solar panels or electricity grid. It is an all-in-one home battery system that integrates the battery, inverter and system controller into a single compact unit, making installation quicker and cost-effective. It offers a significant power upgrade, delivering up to 11.5kW of continuous output suitable to run multiple high demand appliances like heat pump or electric vehicle chargers simultaneously.
Tesla Powerwall 3 has modular design allows for multiple units to be installed for increased capacity. Users can use choose from custom power modes, including Self-Powered Mode to maximize solar usage, Time Based Control to optimise savings and Backup Reserve for energy security during outages.
